The HBS Point of Sale module is the
easiest to use in the industry. With just a few
keystrokes, you can sell almost anything in the
dealership. POS keeps your inventory in line by
reducing inventory every time you sell a part. It’s
flexible, too.
POS lets you do much more that sell parts, it allows
you to look up inventory, place orders, check customer’s
balances, even go on line with certain manufacturers.
For the Parts Department, 90% of their day’s activities
can be accomplished without leaving the POS
screen. They’ll always be ready to sell. |
 | Sell stock, non-stock, new, used, rebuilt
parts - With POS you can sell anything you want.
Stocking parts are automatically removed from
inventory when placed on an invoice. |
 | Switch to other tasks without losing invoice
data - While in the middle of a POS ticket, you
can go on-line with your manufacturer to check
availability, or place an order. When completed,
you can return right where you left off. If you’re
multi-location, you can also check inventory levels
on parts at other locations while in a POS screen. |

leaving POS - While in POS, you can backorder a
part and place it on your stock order by customer
name. When finished, you return back to POS -

range - Matrix pricing lets you manage your

up the price ranges and breaks, then apply it to
your customers. Now your customers will be charged
consistent prices no matter who waits on them. |
 | Credit limit and COD verification - If a
customer is on COD status, only the right password
will override it. Credit limits are displayed in
real time so you’ll know exactly where each
customer is on their credit limit. |
 | Farm Plan Interface - With an easy-to-use
interface to Farm Plan you only need to set the
customer up once with their Farm Plan Account, and
their orders are processed automatically. |

With POS you can
discount a single line item, or an entire invoice by

remember a customer’s account? No problem. Enter
the first few letters of their name and scroll
through a list of customers. Select the one you
want, and all their information is moved directly
into POS. |

Payment types can be changed at any time before or
after the sale. Change from charge to cash, cash
to credit card, or split payment between any the
customer chooses. You can also post payments to the
customer’s account without leaving POS - all with a

without creating an invoice. Save them for easy
recall when the customer comes in. |

of sales history by Customer, Invoice Number, or
