Your customer's signature is captured and stored in a digital format on your HBS Dealership Management System. Each time the invoice is retrieved, the customer's signature is present for easy viewing and printing. This cuts down on confusion when a customer cannot remember signing for a purchase. Invoices, including the customer signature, can also be retrieved and e-mailed to the customer.

Eliminates Need to Store Copies of Invoices

One of the most positive benefits of using this device is that it eliminates the need for multi-part forms and ends the process of storing a signed copy of each customer invoice. With the ability to retrieve, display or print the invoice, including the customer's signature, there is no longer a need to file copies of invoices for inclusion with the customers statement of account.
