GraphXPress 4.0, the powerful new addition to the Enterprise Edition of the HBS Dealer Management System, will provide stunning, real-time  graphical analysis of dealership operations with 2D and 3D graphs. GraphXPress 4.0 supports (8) chart types and (65) standard charts that will visually chart and display current and historical General Ledger and Parts Trend data.

GraphXPress 4.0 is now a standard part of the General Ledger and Parts Software packages.

Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly, and Daily time periods are supported for charts to allow a full spectrum of trend analysis. GraphXPress 4.0 automatically adapts to the dealership Chart of Accounts for quick and easy operation. GraphXPress 4.0 allows up to (10) data series on a single chart for advanced analysis. These data series may be of the same category from multiple periods or different categories for comparative purposes. General Ledger accounts may be selectively removed or added to charts to fine tune the analysis. Parts Trends analysis can selectively include parts vendors and stock classes. Compare information on a single chart using the advanced comparison features built in to GraphXPress 4.0.

Advanced chart options may be selected to customize the display. Chart types and time periods can be changed on the fly.
