EPIC® does
more than lookup parts. By using the optional
companion products such as the
EPIC®
Document Retrieval System,
manufacturers can provide instant access to Shop
Manuals, Service Bulletins, Product
Instructions, and other related documents.
These publications can be linked to parts
catalogs at the part number level allowing the
user to jump immediately between related parts
and service information.

Service Quoter
incorporates the
manufacturer Service Flat Rate Manual allowing
the user to quickly create a quote for repairs

EPIC XL Release 5.0.
 EPIC®
XL Release 5.0 is a major redesign of
the EPIC® product
currently used worldwide. A completely
new user interface has been built
including short-cut bars, toolbars,
resizable dividers, and multiple
user-configurable preferences. EPIC®
XL 5.0 includes all of the functionality
of Release 4.0 while adding over 50 new
and improved functions and features. At
32-bit, Release 5.0 is designed
specifically for Windows 98/2000/XP.
The
first version of EPIC®
XL Release 5.0 was released to all EPIC®
users in July of 1999. All users of
EPIC® XL 4.0 will
receive EPIC® XL
Release 5.0 at no charge!
