Direct Bank Deposit via ACH/EFT

The Payroll application allows you to create employee paychecks that will be deposited into the employees bank account(s) via Direct Deposit.  This time saving feature eliminates the need to print and distribute payroll checks. Instead, the system will print a deposit advice containing the information normally printed on a pay stub. The funds are then withdrawn from the specified checking account by your bank and the Payroll system automatically makes all of the General Ledger entries required to process the payroll. Check with your local bank to determine if they support direct deposit transactions and give us a call to learn more about his powerful feature.

Payroll Tax Reporting

The HBS Payroll application maintains a detailed record of every payroll deduction include taxes. There is no need to maintain external spreadsheets or lists because the system generates detailed reports that make payroll tax reporting a snap. Like all applications, Payroll reports can be viewed, printed or emailed, or can be viewed in graphical format. The application also prints W-2’s (US) and T-1’s (Canada) to save time in preparing tax information for your employees.

Integrated Timeclock System

Employees can continue to use your existing time entry system and the time cards can easily be input for payroll processing. HBS also offers a timeclock feature where employees can use an integrated time entry program to clock in and out. These hours are then calculated and passed into the Payroll application for easy processing.

Attach Photos, Videos, Invoices, Diagrams, or Handwritten Notes to Any Employee Record

The HBS eDocs application allows reference material to be attached to any employee record. These can be copies of handwritten notes, org charts, vacation requests, photos, videos, or any other file you want to make available to system users. This can be particularly useful to document disciplinary matters or to maintain detailed records such as employee reviews.
