The week after the completion of your Learning Zone session, the team you worked with in our office will travel to your dealership to complete the system installation and to provide onsite, hands-on training to your dealership employees and staff.  Because the decisions on "how" the system should be tailored are already complete, the focus of this phase is to work with your staff in the dealership environment to assist them in their daily functions and routines.

How It Works

HBS Systems has developed a written "Training Syllabus" which we use as the roadmap for the training process. This approach has been refined and proven over the past twenty-five years and is the most complete and effective training system available in the industry. We don't just ship videos or do-it-yourself pamphlets. Instead, we work one-on-one with each employee to make sure they have a full understanding of how to use the new system to improve their daily routines.

The Process

Our trained professionals will work with each department covering the topics listed on the Training Syllabus. We then spend time with each individual employee to answer their questions and provide them with an understanding of how the new HBS system will make their job easier and more efficient. It is during these sessions that we often find additional ways to automate processes that were performed manually prior to installation of the new system. As these tasks are automated, it frees employees to focus on customers or other important duties.

We also focus on completing tasks such as parts and unit order processing, order receipting, processing parts returns, printing barcode labels, physical inventory counts and other daily routines so that your staff will be familiar with how to complete these processes.

Next Steps

As the Onsite Training and Installation process is completed, we transition the dealership into our Ongoing Support and Education phases where we have programs and processes designed ensure that the entire dealership staff is maximizing use of the new system.
