e-Customer Gateway
Update
e-Customer Gateway + CNH Customer Parts
Catalogs Integration Complete HBS Systems has completed
the integration of our e-Commerce package, e-Customer
Gateway, with the new Internet-based Customer Parts
Catalogs from CNH. Your customers will be able to
directly launch a parts catalog session right from
e-Customer Gateway and get real-time pricing
information! Additionally, customers can submit a parts
list and have it automatically come up in the e-Customer
Gateway Shopping Cart. Now your customers can find the
right parts and get them ordered all electronically.

The new e-forms software from HBS Systems
that generates the entire form for statements, invoices,
payroll and A/P checks is now installed and running at
dealerships. Dealerships can save money by
self-generation of forms on standard laser printers
including color laser printers.. |

This week 33
people from across North America came to the Learning
Zone to participate in
the Learning Zone’s
Parts Training Event. They represented 23 dealership
locations in New Jersey, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma,
Oregon, Colorado, Florida, Montana, Alberta, California,
Maryland, Indiana, North Carolina and Kansas. We worked
with Parts Inventory, Ordering, Reports, POS and
Physical Inventory. We also featured our new E-Customer
Gateway software, GraphXpress 4.0, Netview and the
latest Wholegoods software as part of the class. |

This week over 30 people from across North America came
to our state of the art training center in Dallas to
participate in
the Learning Zone’s
Accounting Training Event. They represented 19
dealership locations in Mississippi, Oklahoma, Oregon,
Missouri, Texas, New Jersey, Kentucky, Washington,
Florida, Illinois, California, North Dakota, Alberta and
Pennsylvania. We made our way through G/L, A/R, W/G,
A/P, Payroll, Report Writer, and GraphXpress. We also
