Manufacturer Communications

HBS Systems offers server-based CCN Web Communications. This means that communication functions such as parts inquiries, parts ordering, parts returns, etc., can be accessed from any workstation attached to your HBS Dealership Management System.  There is no need to leave your customer at the parts counter to go over to a dedicated communications PC to process an inquiry.  This improves customer service by speeding up transactions at the parts and service counters.

Fully Automated AMAX Interface

HBS Systems provides a CNH certified interface between the HBS Dealership Management System and the AMAX parts management program administrated by CNH. The interface performs all required functions associated with the extract, formatting, transmitting and receipt of AMAX program data from the CNH data center. No manual keying or entry of data is required and there is no need to sign everyone off the system to perform the daily AMAX functions. With HBS, the process is fully automatic.

Parts Catalogs Interfaces

HBS Systems provides a seamless link between your Dealership Management System and the New Holland PowerView online parts catalog system.  This speeds up the process of looking up parts information by allowing direct import of parts lookup information into an open picking ticket.  No manual data entry or re-keying of parts lookup information is required.

New Holland Consumer Online Parts Catalog Integration

As a value-added service for New Holland dealers, only HBS Systems offers full integration to New Holland's online consumer parts catalogs via our eCustomer Gateway. This unique product provides a secure way for your authorized customers to look up parts and submit an order to your dealership through a password protected website hosted on your HBS Dealership Management System CPU. The eCustomer Gateway provides factored pricing to your customer based on their customer profile and can indicate on-hand quantities or whether a part is in stock. Several customer self-service tools are also available including lookup of previous invoices and orders, and summary information about their relationship with your dealership.

Online Parts Store (eCommerce) Interface

HBS Systems has designed a highly efficient interface between the New Holland Online Parts Store and your HBS Dealership Management System. The interface awaits incoming parts inquiries originating from the New Holland Online Parts Store and quickly returns results to the end user, allowing them to make a prompt buying decision.  Once a purchase transaction is completed, the items are imported into your HBS Dealership Management System as an open picking ticket, thus eliminating the need to re-key the information.  Thereafter, the transaction is processed as a normal system sale.

CNH Gateway Interface

The CNH Gateway Interface from HBS Systems offers secure credit transaction processing via the Internet between your HBS Dealership Management System and the CNH Gateway transaction processing system. It eliminates the need to manually key invoice line item detail by automatically formatting and sending all required CRA transaction information to the CNH Gateway system.  Simply select the “CNH Gateway” payment option from the POS Settlement screen and detailed transaction and promo code information will be automatically validated, pre-authorized, and processed via a secure IP connection. Your CNH Finance representative will coordinate with your dealership to schedule a training session on the CNH Gateway.

Automated New Holland Price File Updates

Only HBS Systems provides fully-automated, unattended New Holland Parts Price File updates via our proprietary ECLIPSE technology. Each night, your system contacts servers in the HBS data center. The ECLIPSE system determines if any updates are available. If so, the update is automatically downloaded and installed on your system and a price update and variance report is automatically created. No system down time. No business interruption. No credit card required. You'll always sell parts at the right price.  HBS provides both US and Canadian price files.

Flat Rate Guides for Service & Warranty Repairs

Your HBS Dealership Management System provides fully-integrated, electronic access to New Holland Service and Warranty Flat Rate guides making it fast and easy to build service tickets and repair orders in compliance with manufacturer guidelines. This eliminates the need to manually look up this information and re-key it into service documents. It also eliminates costly delays associated with use of incorrect or outdated flat-rate information.

Extended New Holland Parts Information

Your HBS Dealership Management System takes full advantage of extended information made available by New Holland. This includes information such as Replacement, Superseded, and Multi-Sub Parts Information. Using this information ensures that your customer will leave the dealership with the correct part. We also display package multiples, per-job quantities, package weight, and other information to help you make better stocking decisions and to place more accurate parts orders.
