NetView System Implementation Options

At HBS Systems, we realize the every dealership has it's own unique set of system requirements. It's unrealistic to assume that any one system will work for every dealership. The following information provides an overview of our Software Design, our System Architecture, and our System Deployment Options. As you make a system decision, our system experts will be there to help you determine which combination of system options will work best for your dealership.

Software Design

While most dealerships seek to fully automate their operations, some prefer to do so only in certain departments or locations. That is why HBS Systems has designated our software modularly, allowing you to select only the applications required to best fit your particular business requirements.

We offer an advantage over competitive systems in that our applications are browser-based, and do not require expensive and outdated "terminal emulation software" to access the system. This also eliminates a layer of cost because our systems do not have a "per-user" charge or restrict the number of users that can utilize the system.

Our applications are designed to handle all sizes of dealerships from single location start-ups to some of the largest, multi-location, multi-state enterprises operating in North America. Regardless of the size or scope of your operation, rest assured that HBS Systems has a proven solution that will be tailored to meet your specific needs.

System Architecture

HBS leverages the inherent advantages of scalable system architecture to tailor a system designed to meet your unique requirements. This allows your new system to be sized for your needs today with the flexibility and capability to grow as your business continues to prosper.

Our systems are based on the powerful IBM family of enterprise-class servers using industry-standard Intel technology. Servers can be equipped with multiple redundancy features such as mirrored hard drives, multiple power supplies, and multi-processors to maximize throughput while maintaining continuity and reliability.

HBS Dealership Management Systems utilize the Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating system offering proven reliability and scalability. Linux offers a distinct advantage over other outdated, proprietary operating systems in that it was designed at its core to handle multiple users and multiple simultaneous processing capabilities.

Deployment Options

Our NetView Dealership Management Solutions are designed with the flexibility to be deployed on a server within your dealership or hosted in our secure data center providing access to your dealership information via the Internet.

HBS System experts will work with you to determine the most advantageous method of deploying your new HBS Dealership Management System.
