As an approved and certified Dealership Management System vendor for all AGCO dealerships, HBS Systems is pleased to offer the full range of system capabilities offered by AGCO to its authorized dealers. These tools streamline the process of doing business with AGCO and ensure that your dealership is taking full advantage of the many tools AGCO has made available to you.

AGCO Solutions Communications

HBS Systems is pleased to offer a full-featured interface to seamlessly link the HBS Dealership Management System with the AGCO Solutions communications system.  The interface automates the process of moving information back and forth between your dealership and AGGO's system infrastructure. Key features include the ability to place Parts Orders, Parts Returns, Parts Inquiries, PICS (formerly SPIDR) Extracts and more. Contact your HBS Representative for full system features.

AGCO EPSILON Online Parts Catalog Interface

HBS provides a fully-certified interface to AGCO's Epsilon online parts catalog system. This makes it easy to look up parts in the online catalog and transfer them to an open picking ticket on your HBS system without having to manually re-key the information. It not only save times at the parts counter, it also cuts down on errors that can occur when manually entering part numbers.

AGCO Consumer Parts Catalog Integration

As a value-added service for AGCO dealers, only HBS Systems offers full integration to AGCO's online consumer parts catalogs via our eCustomer Gateway. This unique product provides a secure way for your authorized customers to look up parts and submit an order to your dealership through a password protected website hosted on your HBS Dealership Management System CPU. The eCustomer Gateway provides factored pricing to your customer based on their customer profile and can indicate on-hand quantities or whether a part is in stock. Several customer self-service tools are also available including lookup of previous invoices and orders, and summary information about their relationship with your dealership.

Automated AGCO Price File Updates

Only HBS System provides fully-automated, unattended AGCO Parts Price File updates via our proprietary ECLIPSE technology. Each night, your system contacts servers in the HBS data center. The ECLIPSE system determines if any updates are available. If so, the update is automatically downloaded and installed on your system and a price update and variance report is automatically created. ECLIPSE also automatically processes daily incremental parts price updates received through AGCO Solutions, eliminating the need to manually update these price changes in your inventory application. No system down time. No business interruption. No credit card required. You'll always sell parts at the right price.  HBS provides both US and Canadian price files.

Fully-Automated, Nightly PICS Extracts & Uploads

Your HBS Dealership Management System fully automates PICS (Parts Inventory Consolidation System) extracts and uploads to make your parts available to other dealers. After a one time setup, no additional user intervention is required to submit your data to AGCO on a daily basis! Your business system server will automatically use FTP to submit your data each night. This automated feature adds to the extensive line of "touchless" automation solutions built in to your HBS Systems Enterprise Server.

Extended AGCO Parts Information

Your HBS Dealership Management System takes full advantage of extended information made available by AGCO. This includes information such as Replacement, Superseded, and Multi-Sub Parts Information. Using this information ensures that your customer will leave the dealership with the correct part. We also display package multiples, per-job quantities, package weight, and other information to help you make better stocking decisions and to place more accurate parts orders.

QuickLink (Rabo Bank) Interface

Process real-time credit transactions from within the invoice by using the HBS Quicklink interface. You'll never have to leave the customer to do so. Simply choose the AGCO Quicklink option, enter the amount, and the HBS Dealership Management System does the rest. The transaction is authorized via your high speed Internet connection and the transaction authorization is automatically stored in your system.
