eCustomer Gateway is a fully-integrated website hosted on your HBS Dealership Management System. It provides your customers with access to sales and customer service functions 24x7x365. Think of it as a virtual extension of your dealership to your authorized customers. Your customers can look up parts using the available online parts catalogs from major manufacturers, check to see if you have it in inventory, receive factored pricing based on his/her customer profile settings, and create a picking ticket on your HBS Business System----without ever keying in a part number!

Restrict Access to Selected Customers

Your dealership can restrict access to the Gateway by issuing a Login and Password to the customers you select. This improves security and positions the Gateway as a value-added service for your best customers.

Integrated Customer Parts Catalogs

Your customers can access fully integrated Customer parts catalogs  to look up parts information for their equipment from AGCO (all lines), New Holland Ag, New Holland CE, Kobelco, Case-IH, and Case Construction. By providing access to information and allowing customers to complete transactions themselves, the Gateway can reduce the number of inbound calls to your staff while growing sales and increasing customer satisfaction.

Customer Self-Service Features

Customers can quickly obtain a listing of their previous transactions with the click of the mouse. Previous parts purchases can be reviewed by part number, date or invoice number. Customers can also view a listing of their machinery information from the Customer Goods listing maintained on your HBS Dealership Management System.
