Debit / Credit Card Processing

HBS Systems has has selected Chase Paymentech, a leading merchant acquirer and payment processor, to process online debit and credit card payments for clients using the HBS Dealership Management System. This arrangement makes a secure payment processing solution available to dealerships in the US and Canada that is fully compliant with the latest Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS).  The Chase Paymentech platform represents a fully-integrated, world-class payment processing solution allowing dealerships using our systems to offer their customers a full range of payment alternatives at the point of sale.

Competitive Rates

HBS has used the power of our large customer base to negotiate a very competitive processing rate structure with Chase Paymentech. In most cases, this fee structure will be less expensive that you are paying your current merchant card services provider. By going direct with Chase Paymentech, you are eliminating the middlemen and thus removing layers of fees.

Fully Integrated Debit/Credit Card Processing

Never again will you have to leave the customer standing at the counter while you process their credit or debit card transaction somewhere else. Our fully-integrated  payment processing capability means that you can finalize the sale in just a few seconds, thus streamlining the checkout process for your customer.  With the optional Signature Capture unit, you can swipe the card, capture the customers' signature, and have them on their way in record time.

Certified PA-DSS Compliant

HBS has completed the rigorous process of obtaining certification for our Debit and Credit card processing application.  PA-DSS stands for Payment Application Data Security Standard.  More commonly known as "PCI Compliance", this certification means that our application has met all requirements and passed a gauntlet of security tests to safely protect your customer's payment card information throughout the transaction processing routine.

Complete Audit Trail

Another advantage of processing integrated Debit/Credit Card transactions through Chase Paymentech is the complete audit trail that is maintained from source transaction through settlement.  The HBS Dealership Management System maintains a detailed record for each settlement transaction processed through Chase Paymentech. This provides supporting information for every dollar charged to your customers account.
