Manage Your Day via the CRM Dashboard

The CRM System makes it easy to schedule and manage your daily tasks.  When you sign in, your personal calendar is displayed showing activities that are scheduled for the day. With a click of the mouse, the activity is opened to display details and to provide you with the ability to enter notes and schedule future activities. The Dashboard also provides a reminder for activities that are past-due or incomplete making it easy to complete or reschedule these items.

Extensive Customer and Prospect Profiling

Did you ever stop to think about all the different areas or "touch-points" within your dealership that interact with your customers and prospects?  The NetView CRM System makes it easy to view all of these activities and the related information on the Client Profile Screen. Each customer or prospect entity can have an Account Profile that provides all of the relevant contact and demographic information such as addresses, phone numbers, emails, etc.  Then, under each Account, you can have an unlimited number of "Contacts", which are the individual people you deal with that are associated with the Account. Activities can be scheduled for both Accounts and Contacts, making it possible, for example, to create marketing campaigns that are customized based on the recipient. 

Innovative "Touch" Activity Log

One of the most popular features of NetView CRM is the "Touch" function. Think of this as a automatic log that captures and lists any activity or interaction with your customer or prospect that takes place anywhere in the dealership. Phone calls, quotes, repair orders, parts purchases, and more are automatically added to the Touch list showing the date, time, employee and type of interaction or transaction that was completed. This will impress your customers and prospects as you will be fully aware of everything they have done with your dealership.

Comprehensive Information Tracking

The NetView CRM System provides a 360-degree view of both customers and prospects. For example, it tracks and displays important information including Calls, Events, Leads,  and Sales Opportunities associated with each Account and Contact. The system also tracks current and historical information for Parts, Service and Units sales. For instance, you can view a listing of customer or prospect equipment and search this information to create targeted marketing campaigns.  You can also view, print, or email repair orders, sales invoices, and any attached documents. Customer and Prospect Equipment Profiles

Know the stock number, make, model, age, purchase date, and serial number of each piece of equipment  your customer or prospect owns. It's also very easy to attach photos, appraisal forms, deal sheets or just about any other type of file to the profile, thus eliminating the need to have large stacks of papers cluttering your desk.  Once the information has accumulated, you can easily use it to create customized marketing campaigns to owners of specific equipment.

Customer Buying Profile

View credit limits, POS requirements, Current and Largest balances, Memo Balances, Payment History, Credit Rating based on Payment History, Accounts Receivable Aging and more.  Don't forget, you can also see purchase history by parts, units and service repair orders and easily print or email this information to your customer. Best of all, the CRM system can display this information in a graphical format, making the data easy to understand. All of this information is automatically updated whenever the customer makes a purchase anywhere in your dealership.

Attach Information to Customer using eDocs

In simple terms, eDocs allows you to upload business documents and provides extensive linking to various modules of your HBS Business System. Along with scanned documents and standard PDF-based documents, eDocs supports the uploading of almost any kind of file including Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, digital photos, video clips, text files and more. Attached information is available immediately and can be shared across departments and locations. It's a real time saver!
